Eddy is a seasoned General Manager with over 20 years of experience in the Construction and Precast industries, specialising in delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects on time and within budget, with a strong operational and customer focus.

Steve brings more than 25 years of experience to the role, having previously worked in senior design and project management roles for multiple builders, in various tiers, in Victoria and Queensland.

John thrives on challenges and is driven by a genuine passion for bringing out the best in people. He believes great leadership is built on authenticity, accountability, and clear, open communication—creating an environment where individuals are empowered, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. A multiple-time Australian sailing champion and international representative, he brings the same strategic focus, competitive spirit, and pursuit of excellence to Evolution Precast as he did competing on the world stage.
John brings over 25 years of experience in the mining, engineering, and construction sectors. He has worked both in Australia and internationally with some of the world’s leading construction.
